Booking Conditions

We require credit/debit card details upon booking. All major credit cards accepted.

If you wish to cancel a reservation, 24 hours notice must be given prior to the arrival date. Failing to cancel 24 hours before will result in you being charged for the night you are cancelling. The same applies should you wish to shorten your stay. Any customer wanting to check out after 10.30am for any reason will also have to pay for that night. Lovell Lodge is a non-smoking establishment but there is a facility for smoking in the car park area.

Guests wishing to bring pets will be allocated specific rooms and only by prior agreement.
